|
|
Pretty much every patch for every band ever can be found here. To get patches, use the following steps:
1. Turn on keyboard
2. Start turning knobs _________________ Current: MS-20 Mini, Minilogue, SY77

Good advice. I started doing this six years ago and haven't stopped since. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,

Easy for you to say but I have quite a complex setup - I have one of these:
Which socket should I use? I haven't slept for days on this and I promise you it isn't in the manual |

But they all look so sad.
Maybe that's why my music is always so dark and I tend towards minor chords?
I'm gonna get a smiling multi-way! |

They say that the answer is usually right under your nose so I would suggest putting the USB cable in your mouth.
But DO NOT do it with the power cable, that would be plain silly. |

Don't need to get angry spinatze, tpantano has just posted an opinion that at least the majority of experienced users int this forum would answer to such questions about patch requests. At least the idea was mine to post such a message. I think you allready know that we are glad to help all members in this forum, provided they are willing to learn by themselves. In other case I would recommend to buy a Roland U-110 or similar. _________________ _/\_><_><_|_//,_

You are right axxim, but many user are glad to load patches. Then maybe they are inspired and make her own patches. Program good patches is not easy. _________________ Korg Kronos 61 |

Learning how to program a synth is a hell of a lot easier than learning how to play violin or guitar, or any other traditional instrument except kazoo. There is still this important concept that making good music requires effort. Programming just exercises a different part of the brain, and some people hate being confused and give up at the first instant they get stuck. Think of all the kids who give up playing instruments before they learn how to make good music. They lose a lifetime of music creation by not sticking with it. |

Nothing against loading patches. I for myself enjoy uploading my patches when they are ready and I think they would be of interest for someone.
What bugs me most is, someone asking for the sound X without having taken at least the effort to look at the uploaded patches first.

I see you got the point! Good patches need practice, patience and effort, like anything in the life! _________________ _/\_><_><_|_//,_
