|
|
been wonering if it was feesable to ust the microkorg as a preamp for single tracks.
do you think the sound quality coming out of it is good?
reason im asking is that i got a tube pre-amp and i would like to send audio throught he micrkorg for its filters likelow and high pass.
This is a korg forum but i got a 909 also and i am thinking of doing the same thing with it.
My chain would be like this audio through micro korg, through mc 909, through tube pre amp (when its gonna be productive)
I dont know why but in my head this seems to be better than software and will give me a nice analog sound. I love the mc 909 compressor and its abiltity to make loud dense bass without clipping.
im recording into a tascam 008.
be greatfull for any advice on this.
this was question number 1.
please see question number 2. _________________ FREE is FOR ME |
