Yep, Rich said "hopes around mid-April" as the lead out statement in the video. Wonder if the 88 key version will be released then as well.
Liked everything about the Kronos in the demo except for the guitar, string and orchestral sounds but as a patchable synth workstation this beast has no peer. |

Haha. Skepticism? How about "it won't ship in March."?
In my vast knowledge of all that is good and Korg, they have never began shipping a 'board on the expected date.
Love 'em to death, but that's the way it is. _________________ -jojo

One of the distributors I talked to (and got a quote from) said he heard mid-February as a possibility. _________________ Current Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), SQ-64, DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, 3x nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha). |

Sound On Sound Magazine asks the question at 3:54 of this YouTube video from NAMM:

And Rich F's answer was "...hopefully shipping them late April".
In another month (end of February) Korg should have a lot clearer picture of when these will ship. |

The 88-key version is usually the first one to ship. |

According to Wikipedia, the M3 was introduced at NAMM 2007 and hit the streets four months later, so I'd say late April/early May is a good estimate, if the M3 release date is any indication. |
