My setup is as follows:
Korg i30 with an ih harmonizer through a Behringer MX602A mixer.

We use the pan controls on the mixer as follows:
Mic1 panned left for solo vocal (no harmony)
Mic2 panned toward the right (about centre position) for harmony vocal.

On different songs we reverse the panning according to which of us is singing lead or harmony.

The problem is that, just lately, turning a pan knob from its hard left position to introduce the harmony results in increasing its volume.

Any ideas, please?
