|
|
Hello everyone.
I have a big problem with my Korg Pa50: I did upgrading the operating system and went well.
But when loading resources music (downloaded from the official website of Korg), the Pa50 not charged and freezes.
I tried dozens of times but nothing. Moreover, the Pa50 not working.
Who knows?
Thank you,
Luca |

hi there
just to double check, am i right you downloaded OS1.04 and musical resources 1.00 from korgpa.com.
did you download the correct version for windows or Mac?
did you create the 5 floppy disks from the zip file?
reload the OS
go to the DISK UTILITIES page
restore data (Musical Resources) and let the keyboard finish, changing disk at each prompt. _________________ Regards

Thanks!
Yes, the version is Windows, the 5 floppy disks is ok, the Os is reloaded (ver. 1.0.4) but, when i load "DISK UTILITIES > Restore Data (Musical Resources), I enter the first floppy and remains stationary writing "wait".
I don't know why......
I also tried to change the floppy drive but does not work the same.
Thanks,
Luca

on the PA1X , if you press INTRO1 instead of ENTER at the begining of loading the OS it clears the memory before loading the new OS. I have posted in the PA80 forum to see if anyone knows if this trick works with the PA50 as well _________________ Regards

For PA50, press the FADE IN/OUT switch and switch on the instrument. It clears all the data from your instrument. Then reinstall your OS, switch off the PA50. Switch it on again and install the Resources from the 5 floppy disks.
Also check whether you correctly done the copying (i think instead of copying, you have to run the file) to the floppy. |
