Hello Everyone,
I've had help and continue to receive help from too many people to name but much of it started right here on this forum with song critiques and positive support from people who I consider to be friends forever. As I move forward with my music I try to help everyone I can along the way, including musicians such as yourselves, and also radio stations who support our music and give us a voice to the world, which is why I'm posting this.
I've met the nicest person who has multiple radio stations. His name is Bruce Gall and he is based in Scotland. He's been playing my music quite a bit and is open to receiving new music so I thought I would share this with you. If you think your music is appropriate for his stations, feel free to write to him at bg.thewake@blueyonder.co.uk
Bruce plays a bit of everything 'synth' on his programs including New Age, Healing/Meditation, Ambient (quite minimalist), Space (Michael Sterns, John Serrie to name but two well-known artists who play this style), Berlin School (Tangerine Dream), Cinematic/Soundtrack (Vangelis, David Arkenstone), and Progressive Synth (electronic music with a harder edge with guitars and at times drums).
Here is Bruce's main page: http://brucegallsynthheaven.99k.org
He has multiple shows:
Rock247 - 'SynthHeaven' http://www.rock247online.co.uk/playlists/playlists.php
Show times are Sunday, 9 am - 11 am UK time, and repeated on Monday morning 7 am 9 am UK time. This is a show he started just over a year ago.
ARFM - 'Sunday Synth' http://www.arfm.co.uk and his page with show times (bookmark this page) [http://www.arfm.co.uk/gall.html[/url].
Show times are Sunday, 10 am - 12 am UK time, repeated on Monday at 10 pm until midnight UK time.
Live365 - 'SynthHeaven' A continually playing show with no voice over on Live365: http://www.live365.com/stations/thewake0805
I'm sure you will enjoy listening to these shows. Best of luck with your own music.
Cheers,
Susan |
