Hello !
I hope everyone is doing well. I have 2 news bits that might be of interest.
Deeper video:
I thought you might be interested in the following video recently posted on YouTube. It features great trippy, evolving visuals by Dick Scherzinger (eonite) to the track Deeper from the Dreamaiden 'Blue Light' CD.
Deeper video link: http://youtube.com/watch?v=jdkLsQuKOwU
Track Details:
The track is a collaboration between myself and Steve Blenkinsopp who mastered the Blue Light CD and records under the name Waveform. The track is a remix 'plus' of the piece titled Emoshun. Once Steve got involved, it took on a life of it's own and turned into a really great piece worthy of it's own standing, making it difficult to call it a remix. A variety of synths and soft synths were used including the Alesis Andromeda which provides much of the backdrop. Steve then added the rhythm and melody lines.

Visual Details:
Dick Scherzinger used U&I Mac-only software ArtMatic and V-Track to create the visuals. You can see more of his great artwork at his web site: www.artmatica.ch
MusicZeit.com
If you haven't heard of this site you should take a look. It's a music download site created in part by Ian Boddy and Dave Law of synthmusicdirect. It is particularly interesting because you can download full uncompressed albums complete with artwork. Very cool. You can see my page here:

Although it may not be applicable to everyone's style of music, they do sport a broad range of genres. Feel free to check it out and email them if you are interested in posting your CDs there. Once you purchase a CD and thus become a buying customer, you will be allowed to download for free the compilation CDs that are released every 2 months. These compilation CDs showcase the artists on MusicZeit. I've downloaded them and they are great ! Soon they will produce the first MusicZeit pdf e-zine. For the curious, 'Zeit' was the name of one of Tangerine Dream's famous albums. I have to say I am impressed with the work these guys have done on the MusicZeit site. It's one of the more exciting things to come around in awhile.
Cheers,
Susan |

Hey girl, this is a great mix with the music and the art. While the rhythms are developing, germinating new sounds and rhythms, the art work is constanly evolving. They seem like a perfect marriage. This morning not only am I hungry for breakfast but I going to have to put you CD on as well. I hope that you are taking care of yourself. I know you are busy with your papa and with life, but it is nice to see you visit and hear about your creative works. Take care! _________________ “I’m into scales right now.”

Thanks Jazzy! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Glad you're enjoying my CD too. The artist who created the visuals is so amazing. If you get a chance check out his site.
Things are better with my Dad. He is definitely the happiest one. He entertains everyone, everyone loves him. He constantly wants to go see the symphony down the hall.
Again, anyone who has a cd - Sharp, Sewa, Eppie, should go check out MusicZeit.
Take care Jazzy. Hugs !

Whoops... how on earth did I miss this thread.
Congratulations Susan.
Just watched the video of Deeper and it's really great..!!!! Happy to say that the music is very fresh in my head because I'm listening to your CD quite often. I clock up around 300 miles driving each week for work alone and your CD is right there with me while I'm bombing along the road.
I'm a fan for sure.
Kind Regards.
James. |

Really excellent! The visuals match the music very nicely. And it's a darn fine track to begin with. |
