I've been PM's a couple times about starting up another OSAM and this time I'm definately in. I've been dry as a bone, artistically and need the push. Any takers here? Is Feb doable for anyone else? _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

George...
Let me know if others are in..I know one other who skipped like me but might be interested......For me it might not always work out. I have had a run of bad luck this PAST year...(A few lost in death), Hope you, and others are well. I do NOTHING now except get older!!

I would really love to, but I'm working 12+ hours a day in my day job.
No life...

In light of the extra work for Sharp it may not resolve well. I would be good for some, but am not an organizer, and we would need at least one mgr. with us...Could be Cordial?? Be in touch..

I'm in the same boat,
Where does all the time go... 12 hours here most of the time.
As I haven't really written anything much since the last osam I would like to take part, but need to really think about it. _________________ Chordial |

Count me in !!!
I'll give it a go, although I'm also very busy with work and family, but have found in the past that when I am achieving something musically, all the other things seem to feel easier.
So.......only 2 takers so far..........??
Regards to all,
Dee |

Way to go Dee! Actually if it's a small group we don't really even need a formal checklist and moderator. We can just commit to this and keep in touch here on the boards and post our results. I don't think it's the number of participants, it's the committment to the deadlines that does the trick. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

If it helps any in starting a third OSAM, I would be happy to promote one of you guys to Moderator Status over this part of the forum.
I'm sure that Daz would also agree with me that this would be a good idea as we are both so busy already.
Regards.

I'll think that part over. Actually, it just means runnnig a checklist on the songs as they're posted, does it not? _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Yeah, I would think..and with fewer it may be o.k. for you...I would not want to do it as I can see a poss..of having to be out for a period if my wife remains sick...and it would not be fair if I wasn't generally available...

Thanks George for bringing this up. Like you I have been "dry" and I remember my OSAM year very fondly indeed. It was just the best time I've had musically and I am very tempted to get back into this with you guys, because I so enjoyed and was inspired by the camaraderie ... let me think a little on that.
