Available at the top of the playlist right HERE
The original was, in my opinion, overcompressed, and I was cutting the bass too much. So here it is with less compression and quite a bit more bass (hopefully not so much that it is overbearingly "bassy", though).
I also fixed some minor areas where I though the levels weren't even enough, and a couple of notes that bugged me in the original were moved around a bit.
I've left the original up for the time being, in case my own opinion is skewed and the original really is better (although I don't think so). So, if you want to compare and contrast, feel free! |

Nice smooth sound. Good dance anthem style, has a large sound as well. I don't think I heard the original but this mix sounds balanced and full in my headphones. Good job, I've never been able to get my TS to sound this good. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Thanks, guys! I definitely think this version is better.
George, you did hear the original (at least, you left a comment concerning it, so I assume you listened to it!). And... are you saying you think that Propellerheads Reason 4 sounds better than the Triton Studio? |

Hey, Diego! Go ahead and use it (or part of it) as a ringtone. It's out there for people to enjoy. I licensed it at Soundclick under a Creative Commons license, which I think even includes commercial use (as long as I get credit).
I'm just a hobbyist, not a pro, so I'm not overly protective of my music. |

Thanks a lot Riot!
BTW, I wasn't jocking when I was saying to try to put togheter some demos and send it to some labels! I think your tunes are simply great, and would work for sure in games or action movies as soundtrack...
Just my two cents, of course, but it should worth a try, you've nothing to loose _________________ Diego http://www.myspace.com/diegoinmusic

Diego, that is one of the nicest things someone has said to me in quite a while. Thank you!
Honestly, I wouldn't even know how to take the first step towards doing something like that. It's really never even seriously occurred to me to try it. |

Well, I had the opportunity to give a listen to other tunes from your soundclick page: I must say that the quality of the stuff I ear is high, and considering you describe yourself as a non-pro, you write a lot of stuff in a quite short time.
IMHO, it means you can try to collaborate with gaming or movies companies and see what should happen. Maybe Sharp can give point you in some directions about that...But, as I saied, why not to try? You have nothing to loose. I understand you are not so much interested in that way to distribute your music, but these kind of things are very good challenges for a musician, and shoul help to improove your skills.

I have a played a lot of video games and I also read the news regarding that industry, and games are the way many musicians are making their money. Games pull in many billions of dollars now and they need music for everything. I don't know how you get in touch with them though. The place I read the news is called gamespot.com. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose
