K49 no more produced? What about Vista?

Is it true that K49 will never be produced anymore?

I decided to buy it (I had not read about the recent usb issues here) but someone told me that onlt K61 will be produced...

And another question, has anybody tried it with Vista?

see and when my wife ought me my K61 at sam ash last week, they told her that only the "P" would be made.

that the K61 was closing out as well.

of course no other retailer has that on their site so.....
