Sound on my padkontrol is late ? Please help

Hi, I got my padkontrol last week and Ultra analog session and Lounge lizard are working great, but on reason adapted when I hit button sound is late 0.5 sec, I cant play Crying or Very sad

Please help

If you get Asio4all this might help with your latency time.
