K61 won't play D, A# or F#

Do I have a defective unit? I just got it today, and it won't play D, A# or F# in ANY octave. Anyone else have this problem?

I'd say it's defective.
Mine plays all the keys, just as it should.
Sadly, it needs to go back, and be replaced.
