Hi folks, for some reason I can't install, read, play anything from USER1, although I see that there are some styles that I had created. Everytime I want to load a new set, the installation gets interupted by a message. DEVICE GENERIC ERROR! or GENERIC DEVICE ERROR!.

Initially I thought the RAM must be the culprit, I changed the RAM, but still I get the same error message. I installed the new O/S 3.01 and the Musical Resource also, but all in vain.

Is there a Superman/Wonder Woman who can help me here. Please chip in your 2 cents here for me. I appreciate your time and any answer/suggestions. Thank you indeed!

Sounds to me like the data on the SSD is corrupt.
You probably need to reinstall the OS using the option to format the SSD.

You do that by installing the OS as normal, only other than pressing OK on the screen to start the OS installation, you press the Intro 1 button.

Regards.
Sharp.

Hmmm,

for me it sounds like a problem with harddisk or something in this way.

Never heared that a corrupt ssd ram shows this message.

Mr. Dee and another guy had a similar problem a few days ago.

The key doesn´t recognize harddisk and cd.

They build cd out of key put it on - harddisk works.

Build CD in again

works fine toooooo.

What you can try - delete all not needed held-languages out of SSD-RAM.

If this don´t help - try installing OS with the Intro1 button like sharp said.
