I'm thinking of buying a MacBook but don't have any experience with Apple's systems. I'd like to use Sonar with it (I kinda like it ).
Cakewalk's website reads "can be run on Mac OS X with boot camp" - I'm not sure what this means.
Anyone running Sonar on Mac OS? Any known issues? |

Hi!
Sonar is a windows-only sequencer.
When they say that can run on a Mac, they mean that you have to install windows on your Mac, and then start the system with windows using that software called BootCamp.
I think it's a great waste to buy a Mac and then install win on it. I use Sonar too on a win PC, but there is no comparison between Logic or DP and Sonar...I prefer a lot the Mac side! I mean, a Mac with Mac OS X, running Mac programs; not a Mac hardware running Win software...
