Ok everyone. Im new here. I own the Korg Electribe S mk II. I have been reading up on the manual but its not really helping me here. I bought the smart media card to try and store and save samples. I put the smart media card in the slot and formatted it the way it told me to on the manual .
1. I know how to record a sample but everytime I try to write it it gives me an Er.9 in my view screen. The WRITE button does not even blink. Whats that about?
2. I also need to figure out how to record and save multiple individual samples into the Electribe on different patches.
3. Is there a difference between saving on the Electribes internal memory and saving to the smart media card or do all of my saves go to both places?
These may be silly questions to some of you guys....but like I said Im totally clueless with this stuff. I need to store a whole lot of samples for individual songs for live performance. Any help with these questions will be hugely appreciated. |

Hey Omegafied,
Welcome to the Forum!
I don't own a S mk II.
You might try emailing KORG Product Specialist Brian Rath.

Good luck!
