Hey,

Is there any MIDI message (#CC or sysex) to enable or disable individual timbres in COMBI?

Yes. The relevant info is in the Korg Kronos MIDI Implementation file, downloadable from here:

https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/manual/0/424/4593/

In the zip archive, there is a file "CombiAndSongTimbreSet.txt" that contains the relevant info.

Thanks voip!

I found sysex message, but it's more complicated. I wonder - is any #CC message to do this?

As far as I'm aware, there is no CC# route to do this. There are just the SysEx messages to toggle the mute/unmute status of each Timbre.

The SysEx messages are not particularly complicated. They are just 14 bytes long. The Kronos transmits the same SysEx when a Timbre is muted/unmuted, so the data from that can be captured, using MIDI-OX on a PC, and then copied and pasted into your VST or whatever.

I use Karma to achieve this. Easy/peasy. Just search Karma smooth scene change.
