After 2 weeks of research and searching, I had to register here and I hope someone can help me. I bought a used KORG Triton Extreme 76 in very good condition with full RAM memory and a CF card, but without MOSS, which is not an issue for me right now. I have the following problem: in Program mode, with the Drums and Power Kit, 3 to 4 keys cannot be heard properly or these keys are set with an effect. Only when I turn the Realtime Control Knobs can I get the sound back to how it should be, so that the kick or snare can be properly heard and not just the reverb.
Another problem is that when I select Drums in Song mode, the lower half of the keyboard produces no sound at all. However, if I switch to Piano or anything else, the entire keyboard is playable.
I have already tried performing a Factory Reset as well as loading demo data and so on, but the settings are not overwritten. I am still on version 1.05 and would like to update to version 1.06, but not with this software error, which I understand it to be. As far as I can tell, I can almost certainly rule out hardware damage. |

Welcome to the forum.
When you say the settings are not overwritten by a Factory Reset, what happens, exactly? Is there an error message?
Did the seller mention that there were issues with the keyboard?
