The optional Pa Amplification System PaAS MK2 delivers powerful, high-fidelity sound, and can be connected with no cable to our flagship arranger Pa5X by way of the Smart Connect system. It can also be used with our previous models, like the Pa4X, Pa3X or Pa3XLe.

Korg is listening and those engineers are working diligently. Despite the global semiconductor issues, Korg has managed to bring out the PaAS. Great job Korg. Thanks.

I wonder if PaAS MKI also marks total music power equal 120W when works with pa5x or it is only 80 W

Wow, that’s good news. Things are starting to happen. If my paas 1 wasn’t still in such perfect condition, I’d definitely be buying the paas 2. It’s such a great system. No annoying cables to contend with.😀

That new one is a little bit heavier and probably louder when it works with pa5x (120W) vs MK1 (80W)?

That's awesome! Any idea when it will be available? One site shows September, I hope it's not so Smile

Dealers all seem to be pointing at April for the new KORG PAAS MK2 speaker.

This could be judged by someone with two pa5x: one with installed MKI and second with MKII
Lets add that paAS MKI sounds great.

I must have been lucky. Checking online for availability of the KORG paas MK2 and found it available at Gear4Music. Delivered on Sunday, connected easily, no cables. Instant connection. Totally transforms the sound. I was using a pair of Bluetooth studio speakers, which were ok but the dedicated KORG mk2 just blew them away. Sound is fantastic.

Keep checking online, although stock is expected 1st April, you might just get lucky before then. Yes, it is expensive but worth it for the sound and defiantly the high quality.
