can the PA4X send out midi control messages when changing styles e.g from Var1 to var2?
it seems like i can set Control on any of the 16 midi channel outs but when i play a style and click on Var2 or Intro, etc... the keyboard doesn't send the associated midi control change message. anyone knows if this is possible.

I am trying to connect my PA4X to my old PA3X and use the 3X for more style tracks as needed.

so far i am able to synch the clock and start/stop. i just need the variations to change on the PA3X when i change them on the PA4X.
