Does anybody perhaps have a listing of songs (not songs already specifically set up in the styles, but other songs for the more general purpose styles)?
I'm struggling to find suitable styles for a lot of songs I've been playing with other musicians. I haven't used an arranger before. Any lists you may have would be very welcome. I've got a PA700 keyboard
Thanks in advance. |

Hi.
At first: if haven't used an arranger before i recommend to be closer with that kind of instrument and the possibilities, check and try to play styles in different tempo, sounds etc. I recommend for that basic styles from previous keyboard styles - they are more universal. The PA700 have more sond-specific styles. I don't know what kind of music you mostful use but i'm shure that we can help you on that way what you choose. "Cross reference of styles and suitable songs" is in my view pointless. _________________ Korg PA1000. |

Like midimusa I think it is better to look for songs within a genre of music you like to play.
As soon as you tried out the styles of your arranger, it is obvious for which genre a style can be used and thus makes it easier to find a song for.
Genres in which there is no interest reduce the styles that remain to search for songs.
Instead to look for a list of songs that fit a certain style, maybe it's easier to use www to find songbooks, playlists, tag-editor-lists, psr-tutorial (music-finder-view) etc.
