I have heard of software for use with the Kronos called Sample Robot and wondered if anyone has used it much, what do you think of it, is it easy to use or worth getting to speed the process up?
Considering doing some voice or radio samples or sampling other nature sounds. I have only used the sampling section on Kronos in past to sample some iPad Moog sounds, which worked but seemed long winded. |

Hi there,
Sample Robot is OK but for my use it can only do certain steps, so just one incomplete tool to achieve what I need. So along with it I also need other tools like Polyphone, Audacity, etc. |

I have Sample Robot and used it for my former Wavestate (sold it), and also to get some VST into my Kronos. Having also tried Chicken Systems (expensive learning curve), i can totally recommend SR Korg Wave.
It needs a bit fiddling (app Loopmidi, VoiceMeter virtual asio) when recording from VSTs via Case, but it can be done. _________________ Kronos 2-88 & X73, Kurzweil MicroPiano, Spitfire Albion V Tundra, BBCO Core, Nylon Guitar Ilya Efimov, Xtant Audio Uilleann Pipes - in use
