Hi everyone. Suddenly, my Nautilus won't boot up. I press the on off switch, the lights flicker once, then .... nothing. Very frustrating. Any idea what it might be? I'm north of Toronto, any idea where I might get it serviced? I am not the original owner.

Try unplugging the usb cable or USB stick.

That doesn't work either. Actually, it started working again after a week, for about 10 days, then the problem came back.

I am no nautilus expert, but it sounds like something is a little loose somewhere. Intermitant connection kind of thing.
