Hello. Strange thing is happening. I like retro/vintage stuff, I noticed weird and annoying thing. When I just turn on Extreme and if I play external modules it is fine. No problem to play TR-Rack (Trinity). But modules like Yamaha Mu100 and now. got FM box OPL studio with stereo OPL on it... so same behavior.
Switching to next instrument or GM bank for example is silencing modules! I have no way to return the, to life other that factory reset.
I tried to switch off arpeggiator, cause usually that is weird activity on any switch. But what is responsible for that? So it is literally nothing I can do about it other than factory reset of Mu100 and OPL studio. I'm seeing MIDI siganl is going thru on both modules, but no sound! Soft reset is not helping...
It would be cool to play GM bank and send program change to sync. but I just can't do it...
Again TR Rack has no problem with it, neither computer VSTs

Could be as simple as a control change command that’s being sent out over Midi that the modules don’t like. You could just go into Global mode on the Trition Extreme and filter out the transmission of Program Change and Control Change. The devices which have a problem with this may also have the ability to filter incoming PC and CC data.

You can also buy Midi Solution boxes to filter all sorts of PC and CC events you don’t want going to certain devices.

Kind regards
Sharp.

Thanks for the advice! I did filter and yes it is program change. So sad, cause I wanted to control it via Extreme... I actually filtered it after I tried from Extreme Global via iConnectMidi4 on DIN connected to it.
