Anyone installed the Korg USB-MIDI Driver on Windows 11? Working ok? Or any problems?
I just bought a new desktop computer with Windows 11 and wouldn't want to screw it straight away by trying to install stuff into it that's not supported. How safe is it to try to install the latest Korg USB-MIDI Driver (1.15 r49e) on Windows 11? And/or use it?
I would like to use my Minilogue XD and MS-20 Mini with Cubase 12 (using USB-midi). And I would like to use Korg's Sound Librarian for the Minilogue XD in Windows 11 (22H2).
edit: maybe this came to wrong forum section... can be moved to 'Korg Analog Synths (General)' if better. |

Well I got an answer from Finnish Korg support and they informed me that according to Korg these work on Windows 11. I don't know how I missed it when I was looking at the drivers at the Korg site... I didn't see any mention of Windows 11. But now I see it. So I installed the driver and the librarian and both seem to work after a quick test. |

As for the Korg USB-MIDI Driver, I personally haven't installed it on Windows 11 yet, but I know that many people have successfully installed it without any major problems. However, I would recommend checking Korg's website for any information or updates on compatibility with Windows 11 before proceeding. In general, I have an assumption that encryption keys can help for this. |
