Have you tried reading the EK-50 Quick Start Guide? It has some useful step by step instructions for doing various things on the EK-50, such as playing with different sounds, playing along with auto accompanyment, playing the keyboard whilst playing back a song, and various other things, including adding harmony to a melody, selecting effects, customising and saving your styles and keyboard sets, and suchlike.
