|
|
These issues started occurring fairly recently
Kronos is set to Global Channel 1, With no MIDI connected or USB connected.
Starting from Setlist mode choosing a slot with a combination will play multiple timbres that are NOT assigned to MIDI channel 1. Switching to Combination mode will call up that combination like it should but then switching back to Setlist mode will play correctly with only the timbres assigned to channel 1. Of course editing the combi and turning OFF all timbres/tracks does fix the problem, but I never had to do that before. The Kronos shouldn't be playing timbres or tracks that are NOT assigned to the global MIDI channel. Another issue is I will choose a combi/ or program in setlist that has a midi tempo assigned to it and it will play at the wrong, slower tempo! This does not correct itself by switching the modes and has to be manually re-entered. These issues usually start a few minuets after booting up, (sometimes right away). I did all the usual removing, re-seaing ram and cleaning contacts and other recommended trouble shooting. In fact I just had a technician change the SSD with a new one. The issues are still occurring. Any thoughts...? |

karma can be set up to forward midi messages to other channels. Try turning off Karma and see if the problem goes away. |

Maybe you have a problem with TEMPO Knob. If it is worn or moves in the axis, it can transmit incorrect values. Please touch it vertical no rotate it and check if the tempo jump at very high or lo value. Change the position to min or max and check again. Find a stable position. _________________ http://www.danstesco.ro |
