Maybe is not FAT 32 format. Please try to format with your Nautilus as FAT 32 then try again.

When I put the usb card into my kronos... it sees all the PCG and other files on it.
So yes.... it is formatted properly.

When I put it into the nautilus... I do not see anything.

When I select the drive, there are 2 options. Internal HDD, with all the nautilus pcg's and other files. There is also a unformatted HDD showing up. When I do a media info on this it says IDE HDD2.
Total size 0. Free size 0
format type unformated.

This 2nd drive shows up regardless of wheteher the USB stick is inserted or not.

I am not sure about this "second HDD" but right now I want to see the files on my usb stick I have added sounds I want to install.

THANKS!

Initially I was having an issue with kronos also but it has since been resolved.
So yes.... it is formatted properly.

When I put the usb stick into the nautilus... I do not see anything. I wait minutes just in case it requires some time to be recognized... nothing. I can't see the USB listed.

I should see an RDD drive in the drive select option, should I not??

When I select the drive on the nautilus, there are 2 options.
Internal HDD, with all the nautilus pcg's and other files.

When I do a media info on this last one it says IDE HDD2.

format type unformated.

This 2nd drive shows up regardless of wheteher the USB stick is inserted or not. I removed the USB 5 minutes ago... the nautilus still shows HDD: with all my files, and an unformatted HDD: that is empty.

I am not sure about this "second HDD" but right now I want to see the files on my usb stick I have added sounds I want to install.

THANKS!

OK... I did NOT expect this!

When I power up the nautilus with the USB stick inserted... it shows up as RDD and I can see all the files.

If I insert the USB stick AFTER I powered up (and it is in ready to play state), the USB stick remains invisible.

Is this normal?

Experience with my korg M50 leads me to believe USB can be inserted at any time without issue.

I'll have to try this with my Kronos now.

Update.

It was abum USB stick . Very unstable. Formatting did not help.

Used a different stick, all good now.

I do not insert the USB stick and THEN turn on the Nautilus

I let the Nautilus power up THEN I insert the USB drive then navigate to MEDIA THEN to MEDIA INFO TAB touch the screen and the DRIVE will show up.

The Korg M3 had a Scan Media prompt but I see that Korg must have added that just by touching the screen ON THAT TAB.
