Not likely what you're looking for but how about an Electro-Harmonix Lester K pedal hooked up to the left and right outputs? I use one with my guitar in my band and it does a pretty good job.

Must confess that I was surprised when checking the FX list that there is no rotary speaker emulation, which seems a strange omission these days, especially as the Wavestate has the CX-3 Vibrato/Chorus emulation, but that is not the same.
