assigning STS - Keyboard SET to the style would be more work.
I think that the choice of sounds will be assigned by everyone to their favorite.
I wanted to show that it is possible to transfer styles from Pa5X to other models.
if there is interest, I can prepare all styles from Pa5X in 2-3 days |

Going on soul works great except the Intro1.
Other styles needs to be fixed with the Root Notes.
Great job. |

I left all the styles in the original state so that you could listen to the original versions.
I intended to modify them as best as possible for Pa4X, but I left them in a flooded state. |

Cool - I think that there would be a lot of work getting them into "perfect" PA4x styles.
There are "key" differences between the left and right hand with some of them and INTROs that do not match the key they are started in - but all that is editable.
Cheers

Is there a way to tell which Key a Style was intended (programmed) for? _________________ Dave Kalbach

Styles should be designed to be played in any key.... than the CVs enable tasteful track alternatives based on the chord type.
In Style EDIT mode you can see the key/chord which was used to create it but this should not create an issue when it is played

Thanks
I generally just try a Major and Minor Chord and listen to the differences. But could a Style play differently from a C to a G? Or just the Major / Minor? _________________ Dave Kalbach

Just the Major/Minor in your example - also there are only 2 CVs for intros and endings on PA4x - assuming the same on PA5x
Mostly I have recorded a new style using CM7 (which is recommended) you can use other keys but in the end the style should play according to the chords you play (in any key)

According to my knowledge and the structure of the style, as if some styles were programmed at the base, for example: Bm7
And according to the styles, adapted chords. Even if, for example, C is played, it sounds painful, fuller and Cmaj7, and thus the music sounds fuller and the musicality is greater.
Well, my observation.
Just look at the style settings via STYLE EDIT.
This will also be one of the reasons why it will be a problem to remake-convert Pa5X styles for other Korg Pa.
Good evening everyone |
