Hi, How can lock a user vocal harmony setting so that it doesn't change when I select a different songbook entry.
thanks Rob _________________ PA1xpro/Korg O1w fd/pa4x76 Roland rd800 pk5 bass pedals and numerous useless amps mixers and othe bits of junk from the past |

You can't do that. The only way is to modify the songbook records to load presets you like _________________ Korg pa5x vs Genos 2 - spec comparison |

I worked long and hard on this, but I can't remember EXACTLY how I did it.
I have the vocal/mic/fx/harmony setting I want stored in factory position 1 which is default.
I have it stored as part of the "my setting" start-up keyboard patch.
my mic settings don't change with either songbook or style changes.
I do, however have assign sw3 at the joystick permanently assigned to toggle voc fx on/off.
my harmoniser I toggle via assignable footswitch.
vocal fx come on when I press start and go off when I press stop.
I did a mic patch set-up using the 'talk-over' function to get exactly what I wanted. _________________ Pa5x-76, Pa4x-76, Pa3x-76, Pa1x-pro, Korg i3, 2 x Korg i30, Roland Bk-9, Yamaha sy85, Kawai K1 mk2, Roland D-05,JP-08 (x2), JU-06 and JX-03, JU-06A,TR-08,TR-09, VP-03,K-25M (x5), JU-06A

in songbook on a computer you can set the voice preset for all songs and styles to one or do not change .all in one click ... ..and there is a default in the pa4 to the preset you want for all ... so you can have voice presets .. but if you pick a song it will not change the voice setting
