guys I really need to know how to use my pa4x with Cubase or similar software for style creation. Is there an up-to-date tutorial for that?

Not quite the answer you seek

You do not need a DAW, you can create a new Style with your Pa.

Kris Nicholson shows how in his video.

You just need a cubase script which you can find here :
https://pasongstyles.com/item/pa4x-v-3-1-2-cubase-script/

i had posted a short video for a friend who wanted to record multitrack straight into cubase from pa4x ,you can find it here :

But if you want your daw to work as a slave and start recording when you press any key on your pa4x,then i would recoment you use Cakewalk's daw, as it is the only one which realy sync with midi, unless you are using any external midi sync,MTC or other.

Alternatively, you can record on pa4x using quick record method, then export the midi and import it in any daw you are familiar with ,and continue editing there.
