How do I move just one SFX patch from a bank to another? Or better yet, how do I split the keyboard and put only one SFX voice to another key entirely?

You can build your own SFX kit in Global.
Open GLOBAL, Page > Drum Kit. Select the SFX kit you want to edit. Save in different place to have the Original in the safe condition. Press and keep the Enter button and strike key where you want to edit. Change the sfx sample on that key and save.
Go to Program and select the Edited SFX Kit in OSC.
