When restoring factory settings on the first DVD, an error like the one on the screen comes up. I have non-original DVDs. I have tested two dvd drives and the same error occurs on both. Help me please

I believe this is saying the DVD drive can't be powered by the USB alone.
You could get a powered USB hub and plug that into the Kronos, then the DVD drive into the hub.

I powered both DVD drives additionally from powerbank and it did not help

The problem was improper DVD images (Kronos 2). I found DVD images from Kronos 2011 on the internet and the restore process went through without a problem. I close the topic.

Would you mind posting the link to these images?
Having a devil of a time booting to restore images, inculuding the ones Korg Tech Support linked me to (v.202). Using a Samsung SE-208.
