It seems by default the knobs on the panel only affect the currently selected layer. For example, there are times I'd like to be able to do a filter sweep or adjust an envelope for every layer at once. Is there a way to put the synth into some sort of "global" panel mode where the front panel knobs will affect all layers at the same time? |

There isn't a global mode like you are describing...You have to assign the various knobs how you want them. Many of the performances I'm working on use the P.M.K.s (Performance Mod Knobs) to control all the layers at once. Filters, Envelopes, FX etc...You just have to manually set it up. You could create a performance template that has all the mod routings as you like and start from that template with each new patch. Probably the closest you'll get unless Korg add some features. Only problem with that approach is that when you later change a filter type in a layer, you might lose any mod routings you had set up for the original filter. Seems to depend on the filter type... _________________ R.A.P. | Fuel For Your Synthesizers | Wavestate Banks Deals |
