I have a Trinity Prox that has the Combi lit and plays the 00 sound, but the touchscreen is displaying info but not response to touch. The data wheel and all buttons do not functioning. Can someone help me??

That sounds like the contact pads underneath are out from repeated use.
Not a fix that is all too much repaired by someone who has not been trained
Find a repair shop nearby and take it in but may be a long turn-around time because of you know what
