Been hearing a lot of controversy on the methods on loading sets. Many say a certain style/sound/songbook do not load. Here is my take on it:
Some sets contain 15 banks like my PA3x. While the the pa1000 has 12 banks. So it is best to open up the set and see how many banks are available. If same, then load complete, otherwise load separate banks. Usually. Sets with 15 banks, you can cram in the remaining 3 Banks into 12 banks with copy/paste function or use paManager.
I always think of a set is a bunch of folders. Which may include sound, styles, songbook, etc. always look at the folders under the set to see what is loaded.
when you save a set on keyboard, note the check marks on what you are saving. This will create your set folder...
I am not an expert on this but this is my view, please comment if right/wrong? |
