Hello I have just started to use the quick record midi function on the pa4x and wondered if there is a easier way to achieve the following scenario.
To record a song with a style where I want the style to start on the first beat of the first measure.
I have been doing the following after setting up my style/voices/tempo.
1. From style mode press record
2.under song select quick record
3.press metronome button
4.press play button on player 1 (Measure starts counting down from _1)
5.Press style start stop button after first beat in measure 1.
This allows me to play notes on beats 3 and 4 without the style coming in till the next measure.
I wondered if there is a way for recording to start from a key press then bring the accompliment in by playing a chord in the left hand.
