Hello everyone,
for those who own a Korg DW 8000 and the Korg Poly 800, in comparison with the current Prologue or the Minilogue XD, do you think that the DW8000 and the Poly800 have an overall more beautiful sound (and features) compared to the modern couple ?

Speaking as someone who used to own an EX-800, the sound of the Poly-800 was definitely not "beautiful". Not that it sounded totally "ugly", but still... Even the original Minilogue sounds much better.
Also, Para-800 would have been a more appropriate name, as it was actually paraphonic, rather than polyphonic.

thanks for your reply, so the Minilogue sounds definitely better compared to the EX-/Poly-800, I guess..

I hope there is someone else who can also compare the Pro/Minilogue with the DW8000
