|
|
I use Mobilesheets with an HP Stream laptop Win 10 and had no luck in linking the laptop with the Korg, until the Mobilesheets designer Mike Zuber recommended the Roland UM-one, instead of the USB cable. What this USB to midi link does is load a previously created songbook entry when that song's music is displayed on the laptop or tablet. (There is a Korg published information sheet that is bundled with the user manual regarding Mobilesheets and the PA songbook Midi link.)
It allowed me to save a bundle to use the cheap HP laptop, rather than buy a new large tablet. I killed the original Samsung 12.2 when it fell, breaking the screen. I use the laptop in portrait mode and these old eyes are getting a break with the larger display. _________________ David |
