Anyone got programmes for Hoedown and any other Emerson sounds? I have tried some of the dropbox links in previous topics with no success. thanks in advance.

On a separate matter I would like to say how impressed I am with the AL1 synth engine. I have had my Kronos for about 6 years but only recently have got into the AL1 analogue engine. It is so good I sold my Prophet 6. The Kronos sounds pretty much like a Prophet to me!

Keep safe!

Made a video of some custom sounds about a year ago, including some ELP ones : https://youtu.be/S5xF3yl5V3o?t=308

Indeed the AL-1 offers near limitless possibilities. Shocked

Pretty damn accurate.

And I love how you played KE9 in Ab- the "live" key, and I like to call it.

As Greg's voice thickened with age, and they lowered the key signature to accommodate this, I remember Emo once saying "I had to learn that song in three f*ck*ng keys!"

Hello Joe,

Thanks for the nice comments, and it's indeed a tough sound to recreate. Cool

And just like you, I didn't like when ELP had to transpose for Lake. Actually, I don't like any transposition of any piece regardless of the composer. Emerson probably wished he had a transpose button on his Hammond C-3. Wink
