Hi fellas, hope y'all doing good.
When I power on my Kronos X, it doesn't show the engine names on the screen. what possibly could go wrong ?

If I recall correctly, my Kronos X didn't "show" those engines until I updated the firmware, from Korg support. That was several years ago.

Can confirm the engines don't show up on boot until after the firmware update.
