| when i go to Global and options it still ask me for an authorization code yet this is the DEMO. so guys, how do i get it to play without that code? i remember i didnt it before with another sound a long time ago. ugh. |

tick the box next to the sample name in " KSC Autoload "
" Do Autoload Now " or reboot your Kronos

ty sir but its NOT there! The only thing that's there is something like pre load samples or something like that and that doesn't work. |

ty sir but its NOT there! The only thing that's there is something like pre load samples or something like that and that doesn't work. for the record, its the italian piano demo.. and when i click ADD KSC it just takes me to MANUALS |

just to confirm
Its not going to say " Italian Grand "
Its named EXs21
If EXs 21 is Not in the sample list, you should carefully review the exact steps
in the documentation.
If you are solid on that, you might have to start over again.
If so, your USB stick should be 100% clean. And its best to "Korg Format " your USB stick.
All this is time consuming but it should work.

Actually I remember that is there. But it says that that is already installed when I go to click to install it it says it will have to overwrite. Maybe it's installed for my upright piano sound from before but it does not still fix the problem when I over right that |

there should be no over write mix up on the EXs 21 and that Karo upright thing.
a guess is you have too many 3rd party samples in your KSC autoload.
uncheck that upright. Its a different Exs name.

No you don't understand. It doesn't say karo. It just says ex21 samples. But still when I click on it it gives me message saying it has to over right ones that are already there in the keyboard. And then when I do that it doesn't change anything. |

Or you could wait for another suggestion

Hey I finally figured out how to make it work. You have to go to korg options in your internal memory to find it. By the way I listen to it and it's not very good. Even the German dark grand is way better |
