|
|
Since I have had my Kronos I have set up a few Combis for live play.
One of the Combi, I set up my pedal to initiate some effects with some success . For this I set my pedal to CC04 within Global and applied this to the DMOD.
Now I am setting up another Combi with 2 programmes – piano in 1 and strings in timbre 2
What I am looking to do on this combi is to use my pedal to turn the volume up and down on just the strings.
I know I will have to disable the foot pedal on all the other tracks but is there a way of setting the pedal to control the volume within Combi so I don’t have to change it in Global and keeping it at CC04?
Cheers and stay safe! |

The easiest way to do this is to add an effect that controls the volume, and trigger it the same way you have done with the other Combi effects.
I often put in a Stereo Limiter effect. To turn the sound on when you press the pedal down: Gain = -Inf; Output = Wet; Source = Foot Pedal; Amount = -100.
This can also be a good way to transition slowly from one sound to another, where the volume of one sound increases as you lower the pedal, while the volume of the other sound reduces. To get the sound to reduce by pressing the pedal down: Gain = -Inf; Output = Dry; Source = Foot Pedal; Amount = +100.
Does this give you what you're after? _________________ Peter

That would work if I changed my global settings, but I use the pedal for effects on other combis |
