I quite like it! Really nice... I guess I'm one of those "nostalgic old dudes" who like silver keyboards....

I hardly could care less...

I'll rather wait for the stunning next-step-in-development zebra version with bottle holder at Namm 2021.

Zebra ?

my favourite !!!

Perhaps you don’t have to wait long. If you don’t own Zimmer and Scarr’ soundeset THE DARK ZEBRA, go for it.

The titanium look does not appeal to me at all.
Yamaha’s white editions are much better looking to me.
I can’t remember Korg making a white edition of a workstation ever, but maybe I should not have written that lest I gave them an idea for next year’s Kronos...

One other thing, I thought this Kronos came with a free EXS library, is the Italian grand that library, the same one as in the SE edition?
That is not even a content upgrade, it’s the same as the SE.
Don’t get me wrong, KORG still hold the crown when it comes to allround workstations as far as I am concerned, but I’d like to see them move forward, with the current technology Korg could make big strides forward.

color is definitely a personal pref. It reminds me of all the different colors for cars.

for example, my old Honda [2008] is silver. My wife's Mini Cooper is red.
I will ask her if she likes Nord keyboards Wink

😁 No harm in trying, and don’t forget to mention those lovely red sides of the Fantom as well every once in a while.

Thats a good point. I thought the Fantom sides were orange.

Just the same, I much prefer Fantom over any Nord.

Is this confirmed that it has these in specific:
EXs21 Italian F from Korg Grandstage and EXs272 KApro Showcase

Or something Else?

Edit. I guess exs272 is not included

A new CX3 engine would be better and something Korg could sell to all Kronos owners.
Similarly an improved SGX2 engine that provided per note editing like Kawai, Roland and Kurzweil do would allow the current short comings of the Kronos piano collection to be sorted out. And it could be sold to all those who have a Kronos and wish the piano could be as good as other brands like Kawai and Roland and Kurzweil.
There are many other simple improvements that I’ve posted here and elsewhere. All of which would enhance work flow and improve system integration. And they'd all fit into the current Kronos.
Korg could make money by improving the EXISTING Kronos without just selling pretty paint jobs.
And it’s software so no major intervention needed.

The KApro Showcase EXs272 isn't included in the Kronos Titanium. Only the Kronos SE has this included, as far as I can tell. Based on the information from Korg, the Kronos Titanium has basically the same sound libraries as the Kronos 2, which includes EXs19 KApro Private Collection, but the Titanium (like the SE) benefits additionally from the Italian Grand EXs21.

by looking at what Korg is doing with their new products and associated OS updates, thats their priority.

It hope its Kronos' turn for the R &D team. Us Kronos owners have been patient, with our wishes. Really have no way of knowing what Korg R &D is focused on at this time or over the next 90 days.

I think the probability is low [40% or less ] for an imaginary K3 or whatever it might be named, this year and thru 2021.

If this is accurate, absolutely agree, update the K2 with often requested OS features. I am skeptical of Korg adding new/better components to the K2 or K1. My guess is that Korg wants to keep continuity intact after 9 years of Kronos. I know, unexciting, but Korg is cautious.

The 10th Anniversary of Kronos is January 2021. Not far away. My guess is Korg marketing is going to play that card. Its what they do.

OH, I think when I had the k2 it didnt have the exs19, but it would have been free? Gosh.

So If you want a kronos with all freebie exs over time depending on the model, its these, correct?
