I admit I hate programing sounds I enjoy playing. However, I have been learning as much as I can on how to copy sounds but cannot figure a few out for the life of me.

The technique / concept for the synth fill on never say goodbye from bon jovi in the verse early on. I have herd this on other songs before but this one in particular is baffling.

Can anyone educate me on how this is done or what it’s called?
Thanks All

It's probably an electric organ sound. Look for the CX-3 Programs on the Kronos as a starting point. The CX-3 engine uses the level sliders to control the organ drawbar positions, and hence the levels of the various harmonically related components. At the beginning of the track, the organ is used with rotary speaker effect off, but later in the track, the rotary effect is on, albeit at slow speed.

Yes, organ is in the second verse for sure.

Perhaps the synth fill being asked about is in the first verse? -"Remember when we used to park..." I would say that is a fast-attach (marcato) string patch with a 16th-note delay effect.

Programming can be a pain sometimes, but learning how to add some effects to even basic sounds can help a lot.

Sorry Sweat is correct it is the remember when we used to park. I have never heard a delay sound like that. I will try it.

I am trying to learn all i can on programing. i am willing to compensate anyone that knows what they are doing that could help over skype or something. I Learn better that way and is real time feedback.

Thanks Everyone
