Hello good people

Another problem with Kross. I just bought it and am starting to get very annoyed by having issues that shouldn't be there.

The display is locked. It shows "Korg KROSS musi ......." in white text on a bluish beckground. Pushing keys "Global Media", "Prog", "Combi", "SEQ", or any other, nothing happens. In other words, I can't get to any menus on the synth. I can hear sounds when pushing the keys.
Please. Everyone knows what might be the reason for this and how to fix?

Hi,

Connect the power supply and audio L+R out.
No USB, no MIDI, no SD card, no pedals. Do not touch anything. Power up the board. Still the same behaviour? Get it back then to your dealer. It is broken somehow. Too bad.
