Hi all,

Two areas I need help with

1)

I am tryin to copy an alternative guitar part recorded on a virtual track B to track A on my Korg D16XD but cannot seem to find how to do this, even though I have gone through the manual.

Could anyone who has this Korg D16XD OR 32DXD who knows how to do this help me out on this please, thanks.

I rang the tech support at Korg UK but they say because it is an old machine, they can not hlep me out.

2)

Also I can't figure out how to record with the effects on for say a vocal part but record it dry? Thanks.

Regards
Kal

Hi. Havent used virtual tracks. But under the track button there is a tab that lets you hit copy from a drop down list and enter the track from and to to bounce tracks. Dont know how virtual complicates that process. For effects i am able to rec with fx on but havent tried recording with them off and adding them later. I assume you can add them after the fact. But you might also be able to add them before you record, bus the effects to a new track, and turn that track down so you dont hear them. Not sure the process but thats a fairly typical feature so hope it has that. Basically putting fx on their own track.
