|
|
Hello,
Is it possible to associate more than one drum pattern with a sound or combination. What I want to do is to trigger different variations of a beat while playing live.
Thanks _________________ --------------------------------------------

You can make use of both arpeggiators to trigger drums, this combined with the step sequencer and drum pattern let's you play up to 4 different patterns. In addition you may use an fx like stereo multiband compressor and isolate kicks, snare and cymbals, bringing them in or out as needed.
Here I make use of the fx section, and get some interesting variations with a single pattern in an arpeggiator slot. The Microstation is a different board with same engine, almost same fx section, and no drum track or step seq, so it works as an example.
