Does anyone make a jumper cable or something to allow one to use Radias Synth with M3 keyboard without using M3 Module?

The cable between M3 keybed and M3 module will also fit the Radias. The pinouts of the TO KYBD connectors on both synth modules are identical, as are the miniDIN connectors themselves, and the Radias will power the keybed in the same way that the M3 module does.
