I'm a complete newbie to the Korg Scene, I've been using a Yamaha PSR s910
I wanted to know what settings the carnatic musicians were using on their keyboards.

Perhaps it's necessary to make Scale with yourself and set it as Program or Combination. For example.

1. Choose Program by a PROG mode.
2. Choose User Octave Scale in Scale in P1:Basic/Vector - Program Basic.
3. Edit User Octave Scale in P2:Controllers/Scales - User Scales of a GLOBAL mode.
4. Carry out Page Menu Command:Write Global Setting.
5. Carry out Page Menu Command:Write Program by a PROG mode.

Am not at all versed in Carnatic music, but a bit in Hindustani music, yet the concepts remain the same.
You basically create your own tuning (just intonation) based off the Ragas/thaat you are performing.

Things to note:.
These are not flexible so you need to first decide your key and use that as root.

These don't work too well with asymmetric Ragas (different aroha/avroha)

Other than that you just find the values and assign to notes to create your scale
